My work consists mainly of natural carbohydrates structural research using modern NMR methods and original computer analysis. The natural objects are provided by the Laboratory of Carbohydrates Chemistry (ZIOC) and are usually bacterial O-antigens that are linear or branched polysaccharides and their derivatives with repeating units of 3-7 monomeric residues. I made my PhD in 2001 in the area of bioinformatics related to automatization of NMR data analysis in the aspect of glycopolymer structure.
The major workplaces were: NMR center of N.D.Zelinsky Institute of Organic Chemistry (Russia, Moscow), Borstel ForschungZentrum (Borstel, Germany), Deutsche KrebsForschungZentrum (Heidelberg, Germany).
